Old with musty smell

Hotel was renovating, only 17 rooms are open. Available rooms are old with musty smell. Staff are nice, friendly. Too expensive for this type of accommodation.

仕事関係の場所も近く、移動も楽でした。ホテルは、スタッフも笑顔をたやさず良い接客。部屋も清潔でした。ただ、部屋キーを差し込む場所があり、そこにキーがないと電源が全て落ちるため、冷蔵庫や、モバイル機器の充電が不十分でした。トータル80点くらいの評価です。

モールに歩いて10分弱。日本食レストランもあり便利でしょう。中国人、韓国人、日本人の留学生達の一時滞在者多し。土日は隣りの建物から日中からバンドの音うるさいのでちょっと注意すること。アメニティの交換に多少難あり。

The Exploration of the City of Cebu is an eye open

홀로 비즈니스 출장차 Orchard CEBU에 묵었다. 첫번째 방을 배정받았는데 욕조가 깨지고 냉장고가 시원하지 않아 방을 한번 교환했고 만족스런 방으로 교체해 주었다. 그리고 카드 키를 두개를 주어 룸을 방문하기전 에어컨이 작동할 수 있어 시원한 방에 들어갈 수 있었다. J Mall도 가깝고 오피스도 가까워서 아주 좋았다.

The hotel staff was helpful,,,the water in the shower was only a hair above being cold. The worst breakfast in a hotel I've ever had. The room itself was ok for the money considering we only needed one night. Would like to have had a face cloth to use in the shower. The breakfast was really bad,,the best part was a couple pieces of toast.

Bonne place, mais mal situé

Cette hôtel est situé à environ 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Il n’y a aucun site touristique à voir près de l’hôtel. Il faut prendre un taxi pour se déplacer vers ces sites et la circulation est très lourde de jour comme de soir. Points forts: Personnel de l’accueil et de l’hôtel offre un très bon service. Les chambres sont grande et propre. Douche avec jet de pluie. Chambre propre. Très bon Wi-Fi. Près de centre commercial et d’une épicerie Points à améliorer. Chambre sombre (254) Très peu insonorisé. Climatisation très bruyante. Petit déjeuner inclus infect et peu de choix. C’est le pire déjeuner que j’ai eu de tout mes voyages. En conclusion, si vous voulez vous reposer, c’est bien, mais si vous voulez visiter Cebu, je ne vous le recommande pas.

RATS !!...with your buffet breakfast!!

Before booking this hotel consider if you don't mind sharing your breakfast buffet with RATS!.After watching a small cockroach crawling across my dining table at breakfast it kinda spoilt my dining experience on the first morning,but this was nothing compared to the horrors of the next morning. To be honest I was already annoyed by the lack of service regarding the wifi.We arrived at 1.30pm on the 13th December 2018,initially we got checked in fast and the room although dark with no real view,it was spacious and clean.I tried to connect to wifi,login denied.I tried a few more times,no luck.So I went to reception,the yoing lady behind desk gave me another printed login password.I tried it,nothing.I thought maybe it was my devise.Another guest was also having problems.The receptionist said she would reboot router.6 hours later after 50 attempts I gave up ,phoned reception again.She did not really offer any apology except saying she would reboot again.I finally got online 6.30 am next day! So,back to breakfast,first morning we went at 6.30am but already most things on offer were already cold,if only someone could invent something to put under the food container,you know ,like a candle.......so instead I ordered an omelette, I thought atleast that would be warm..? So 2nd morning whilst eating we saw 2 large rats run out a whole,I told staff but they didn't seem too concerned. Apon checkout I was told..."write what you like on Hotels.com review"by supervisor!

I was happy with the hotel overall but displeased that they don't serve American food I been to Cebu and other countries quite a lot of times its the first time I ever stayed at hotel that does not serve American food. other than that the hotel was excellent.

The staff service is the only thing that we like. The hotel is hot if you’re not inside you’re room. They issued only one key and it’s also use to power up everything in your room , if you leave your room you need to bring your key. When you return It’s crazy hot inside your room. The water supply for shower is low that makes impossible to take quick shower. The breakfast buffet in my opinion is terrible. The hotel amenities absolutely nothing/terrible. Looks like food being warmed up over and over ever day. If you’re just needing a place to stayand sleep for you’re vacation this will do. But if you like comfortable stay and pleasing invironment there are plenty of other nice hotels here in Cebu that my husband and I found out during our tour here. The room rates is just the same but way nicer than Orchard. One more thing, this hotel i think is highly occupied by foriegn students. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends. If you book you’re own package trip choose you’re hotel carefully. I guess I didn’t and it’s not cheap either.
