"チェックイン時、清掃中の部屋の鍵を渡されましたが、まあそれも旅の思い出で許容範囲(笑) １階に常駐しているボーイさんたちが、チェックアウト後も荷物を大切に保管してくれました。 急に出かけたりした時なども、タクシーを一生懸命に外に出て探してくれたり、絶えず笑顔で接してくれて良かったです。"

"It was our first time in Cebu, Phillipines, and we had a great time at Diane's hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and they had variety of options. The customer service was great and they assisted when we required something. They had complimentary disposal toothbrush and toothpaste with disposable slippers. They also provided bottled water daily upon room service. The pool was great and clean, we had no concerns. We would definitely be back again."

"Had a satisfying and relaxing stay here just a few days ago. Great location, just adjacent to Ayala Center Mall. A modern medium-sized relaxing buffet dining area with satisying food choices and attentibe staff. My husband and I were in a twin/king room. It was clean , bigger compared to other standard hotel rooms we had with a similar rate. However the TV should be upgraded though for streaming like Netflix, You Tube, Amazon Prime, etc. Front Desk staff polite and professional enough....

"Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable. To have a kitchenette at this price point was exceptional. Ask for a second key card so the refrigerator stays on when not in the room."
