"Staff was friendly and everything was newly remodeled which made enjoying the space easy. As someone who traveled to Santa Barbara frequently in the past, I would never rent a hotel because pricing for this is more than the gas from my previous home. However, the price to quality ratio for this property would definitely have me rebook if I needed to stay in the area again in the future. I’m glad Expedia was able to show me this place."

"Great spot. It’s a hidden gem, a block from Eastbeach. Veronica greeted us with freshly baked cookies and a glass of local vintage in a plastic glass to enjoy at the heated pool. Yes, this is a simple motel but is well kept-up and has the special touches to make me feel safe and comfortable traveling with the family. PLUS one free on-site parking spot per reservation where the large hotel next door carries a $25-48/night parking fee. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"What a wonderful property this was! We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect. Friendly staff and clean rooms and surrounding area. The rooms were recently renovated and looked great! Easy Walk to beach, dining, and shopping. They have bikes, beach chairs, towels, and even had a Double Surrey for us to use! Breakfast was just enough to fill us up before a day of adventure! We would definitely stay here again!"
