"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. "This was one of the best places where I stayed! The front desk staff were kind and responsive. The laundry room was out of commission when we were there, but they took care of us by sending out our laundry free of cost. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Also, the lobby smelled amazing! 😃 I highly recommend Placemakr Wall Street! "

"Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "
