"Clean rooms, staff was always friendly and courteous, express checkout is always a breeze, room service was quick. Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service and they have to serve 40+ floors taking too much time sometimes to leave or get into your room. Besides this minor inconvenience, our time at this hotel was great and the location was ideal as it is close to several Subway stations. There is also a nice restaurant next to its entrance. "

"Newly refurbished, clean, good breakfast, staff efficient. Watch out for the destination fee charged by Marriott. 25 usd per night extra. Really confusing benefits. I was charged twice due to two bookings. Trying to claim the benefits was awkward and left a bad taste in the mouth."

"Air cin was heating also..rooms are cold without and duvet are too tjin ..need extra blankets ...floor is concrete and brick walls so very cold ... balcony was covered in brick dust from buikding work but coyld of been washed away beforehand as its a few weeks of dust not a day or two worth .. i had to rinse balcony and clean table and chairs .. "

"Buyer beware - took 3 try’s to get a room assigned that had a functioning HVAC to raise the temperature above 60 F, maintenance after trying to a drain that didn’t work left their latex glove in the bathroom, house keeping didn’t clear waste in the hall for 24 hours, some reception and breakfast ( breeze & butterfly) who were unwelcoming. Some others were very good. "

"Excellent property. Great location, helpful staff, the 1 bedroom were great for our family of 4 to have some space. Very well presented room. Only slight complaint was room wasn't ready at checkin and we had to keep chasing for extra towels and blankets and we only got enough for 3 people, not 4 booked"
