"Very cool hotel. Location was amazing to the subway. Incredible views. The room was a little dusty so not super clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The dining seemed really great but the service was not amazing. But it was new years and busy. The elevator situation took a while because only 2 were in function so took a long time to go up and down. Overall, cool hotel and we would stay here again. "

"Friendly front desk. Coffee station a plus. Lovely roof deak. The $0 pet policy is a rare find, and the reason we'll be back! Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part. For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again. "

When she found out it was my birthday, she kindly upgraded us to the best room in our category — a beautiful corner room with an amazing view of Lower Manhattan. Her thoughtfulness and warm attitude made our stay truly unforgettable. Jane was incredibly helpful with every request — always quick, friendly, and solution-oriented. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Breakfast was included in the stay, and we loved that it was possible to take food to-go — we often enjoyed it in our room. Housekeeping came daily, everything was clean, and the 17th floor was impressively quiet, even in such a busy city. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service, comfort, and hospitality were top-notch. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City!"
