"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."

"Excellent hotel in a convenient Mid-Manhattan location. Times Square, the Empire State Building, and many other popular attractions are within easy walking distance. Penn Station is also nearby, making travel to and from JFK Airport by subway simple and convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. "The property seemed newly renovated and updated. Nice and quiet room with working, comfortable air conditioning. Comfortable places to sit and relax both inside and outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Many choices for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel itself was ok the rooms were very small the amenities in the rooms were horrible the refrigerator was very tiny there was no microwave not even in the hotel itself to rewarm food. We weren’t checked in until way after three because our room wasn’t ready which was a big inconvenience for us due to us needing to be checked in by check in time the hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again"
