"Excellent hotel in a convenient Mid-Manhattan location. Times Square, the Empire State Building, and many other popular attractions are within easy walking distance. Penn Station is also nearby, making travel to and from JFK Airport by subway simple and convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. "Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."

"We had a great stay! Staff were kind, welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. Location was perfect for our concert at MSG and the price was great compared to others in the area. The rooftop bar was a huge highlight of this trip and our bartender was fantastic!"

"The hotel itself was ok the rooms were very small the amenities in the rooms were horrible the refrigerator was very tiny there was no microwave not even in the hotel itself to rewarm food. We weren’t checked in until way after three because our room wasn’t ready which was a big inconvenience for us due to us needing to be checked in by check in time the hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again"

"Great price for a great location! I can't believe I was two blocks from MSG during the NBA playoffs and an easy walk to Times Square for World Cup festivities, and around the corner from the ACE trains. This hotel packs quite a bit into its narrow footprint, and seems well kept and contemporary. I felt welcomed by the staff and enjoyed the free popcorn. The room was compact, perfectly comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for all the goings-on outside. I would stay there again."
