"This was a beautiful new condo turned hotel room. Kitchen just as pictured. Being newly open no one tested the room. The water was not hot initially, then they fixed it. The TVs were new but never set up, so I asked for those to be fixed. Had to set us a Samsung account myself. Kitchen is beautiful, but stove needed to be setup. There was a machine operating loudly in the hallway. When asked what it was for, they said to clean up water that leaked on another floor. I was told it would operate...

"The room was fine. No smart TV. Beds are very comfortable, very clean. Buy the rooms always has this smell that never lesves. Like damp type smell. Staff is awesome, very helpful and attentive. No parking and this place makes sure everyone is really out by 11am. They dont play around with that. Last concern is how long it takes to get your $100 deposit back. Ive been waiting for over two weeks now. "
