"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation. "

"It was a just simple hotel room with basic needs and serve the function for a quick one night stay. Worth for the cheap price. But there was no lift in the hotel. So if u have big luggage, may not be suitable to stay higher floor. "

"Travel with family and stay in family suite. Room is spacious. However, hotel leverages on public car park, so hotel guests are expected to pay for parking. Although no signage about food, hotel guests couldn’t eat in hotel lobby. No cupboard for clothing in room."
