"The area the hotel is in is a very rough and ran down neighborhood. It is approximately 30 min away from the main attractions of this city. When we arrived, which was about 10pm, the room was not ready due to “flooding issues” then when I called Expedia to assist, the hotel said it was finding another room and it would be a 15 min wait. "This is the best hotel. The staff are very helpfully friendly and it has everything you could possibly ask for, if you weren't so bashful. Right next to Picpus metro and surrounded by beautiful classical architecture within a quiet but confident neighbourhood."
