"The door to our room let in noise and light/ elevators need to be cleaned / valet and house cleaning staff are excellent/ using Golds Gym a huge plus / the cafe changed the Best Cinnamon Roll ever the new version is mediocre…and the front desk forgot to add to my Bonvoy acct "
