"The lobby is nice and the staff was pleasant and warm. The room: door was all scratched up and that should have been a clue! Room dark with four lamps, one hard to get on and then bulb went out. Dingy and tv was on some kind of system that the next day a maintenance fellow had to come out and re-program so that it could work. Bed was good and it had five pillows. I asked if they used this kind of room for expedia customers or if they were all like this? Some rooms have been up-graded. ...

"I stayed in Oasis’ RV unit while on a Christmas hiking trip with my 75 year old mom and our dogs. The camper was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with every necessity you could imagine. Check in and out were both effortless. Sadly, this was my first vacation of the year. So, visiting here off season was perfect for us. "The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience."

"I reserved a "Handicapped" room.....got anything BUT that. Yeah - it had handrails....at least 5 of them to "help" you step over the REGULAR sized tub! Another set of handrails by the STANDARD height toilet.... Oh - and it wouldn't be a fair review w/o mentioning the COMPLETE lack of ramps at the various entry points on the property - I was able to resolve that by holding onto the walker as my wife navigated the 5-6" CURBS from the parking lot to the property entry....and plenty of steps...
