"Clean, quiet and spacious room. The balcony seating overlooking the Colorado River was enjoyable. The hot breakfast was delicious. The seating in the hallways was a nice surprise, and usually only seen in very high-end hotels. Very clean facility with great views, plus two large meeting rooms."

"This is the 2nd year I've stayed at the hotel. Last year the lobby area was being remodeled. Now the remodel is complete and it was fantastic. My room both times was excellent. Everything was in great condition. If there was one thing I would leave feedback on is the TV in my specific room (204) was "fuzzy." Almost like it was using an antenna (it's cable). But it was a minor issue for me. The rate was perfect for me and I expect to stay there next year for the same event I attend in the area...

"Although the hotel is an old hotel, it's still a cery nice and clean hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was great. (#109) Property is about 200 yards to Main St. Awsome. My girls (9 & 14 yrs) loved the property. Hotel had a cute hot chocolate station. The lobby and dinning room are super cute and comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend it. "

"Location was less that a mile from main street. The parking lot was well lit when we arrived after dark. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean with hard surface (no carpet) flooring throughout. The hotel was quiet from other guests and from any street noise."

"Really enjoyed my time at Citizen M. Checked in at 1am super fast and easy. My favorite feature was the tablet which controlled all the setting to the room very convenient and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again when in Austin!"

"Loved the location from the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was awesome our flight was before breakfast and the staff packed us a small bag with breakfast items for the flight! So thoughtful! Customer service was AMAZING! will be staying there in the future! "
