We would like to thank the night shift front desk staff who gave us a very good room and also all the staff from the buffet, they are very courteous and when we checked we also would like to thank the staff who assisted us using the hotel storage for a few minutes after we checked out and finding us a good driver to drive us to the airport. "spacious, clean and friendly! but please, insulate the windows, a lot of cold air comes in and it's cold in the room. we stayed in a room where there were 3 windows, it was cold and we woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses. there are cheap and effective solutions, please keep that in mind. otherwise, very good."

"We got a big, clean, well equipped room. One zone for my kids and a separated bedroom for me and my wife. Hotel located just 5 minutes from Zaandam train startion, grocery store next to door. The staff was really helpful durin check-in, ckeck-out and when we needed information about travelling to other places."

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful, I had such a wonderful stay. The room was immaculate, and had everything I needed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The staff were amazing; so helpful and friendly. For the price the breakfast was a great option too and really set me up for the day. Great location too with excellent transport links to the city centre and within walking distance of the beautiful Westerpark. Overall I really like staying at this hotel and looking forward to my next visit."
