"By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff were super nice and helpful, food offered at hotel was amazing and the rooms looked exactly like the photos. It’s super close to the train station. There is an arcade and a movie theatre all within walking distance. I definitleywould be returning to Zandaam. Loved it so much "

"The room had small fly’s, there was rubbish under the bed from the previous people which the cleaner didn’t bother to check which brought all the flys in the room. On the second day she didn’t bother to clean the shower and left the towels on the floor, also we booked in 3 adult and a child age 8. when we went in the room there was a cot bed made up, which I had to take down. "

"The room was excellent and it comes with a fridge! You buy your own food and drinks at the supermarket Albert Hijn , which is almost at the hotel parking area, foot steps away! And this hotel is at the best location ever , also foot steps away from the Zaandam Train Station!"

"tRAFFIC CAN BE VERY BAD. cONSTRUCTION IN THE STREET. No washing machine. Food reasoanable priced . Room nicer than many in Europe. Parking ok. "

"Great Area to explore Amsterdam from. It was nice to NOT be in city center, but near tons of stuff. About a 30min walk to the mid west of the canal rings. 10 min bus ride to Amsterdam central train ( take the 48 not the 22, faster) bus is a 5 min walk from hotel and there are blocks of stores & eateries there. Depending when you go, you will pay way less for an apt type room then a tiny one on the canals. "

"The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it. The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help. We had a balcony which was lovely to look at the water outside and the windmills, but...

"Nice that the property was close to a Jumbo(pronounced Yumbo in Dutch) grocery store. And very easy walk to the train station. Rooms were only cleaned once during my 8 night stay. Found that to be an odd arrangement. Room was always hot. Had to open the window continuously to cool it down to a sensible temperature. Frustrating they lock the entry door to the lobby. I literally could not get in to check in upon arrival. Foolish setup. Over the hotel is a ok find. Nothing fancy, but not...
