"We travelled to London for a concert at the Eventim Apollo and this hotel was ideal for a one night stay. We wandered round Westfield shopping centre in the afternoon, then it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel. Once we were ready to go out it was just a 15 minute walk to the concert, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink on the way there. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Would stay here again "

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"Positives: - Modern hotel with beautiful/classic decor - Still feels very much new, I.e very soft carpets, everything in excellent condition - Polite staff - Less than 5 min walk to closest Tube station, which connects to Piccadilly Line - Good check out time - Beautiful garden with nice seating Areas of Improvement: - The rooms are not quiet at all. "As others have mentioned, family room for 4 was extremely tight, but doable. Superb location, right on two key lines for the tube. Continental breakfast was delicious. Only hiccup was nobody at front desk when we checked out at 4:30am to catch train to LHR for early flight. Our breakfast and lunch sandwiches were in the fridge and we had to abandon them bc no one available to retrieve them for us. "

"Great location. Kettle and tea provided which was appreciated. Single room was very small but adequate- had everything I needed. Air conditioning was hard to control - was on the whole time and quite noisy. I thought I was getting a walk-in shower but it was a bath with shower which proved to be quite a challenge - a rubber mat would have helped as the bathtub was very slippery and made exiting dangerous."
