"Love this place!"

"We love Papakea and have stayed many times, but this particular unit, F101, was not up to the standards of other units. While ocean front is nice, the inside needs a serious update. There are cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and the furniture in the living room is scratched up and not comfortable to sit on. The A/C unit is not strong enough to push air into the bedroom which was the hottest part of the unit. There are no extras in the unit, like beach chairs or boogie boards which other units...

"The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kitchen had anything you could ask for. It was spacious and comfortable. We wished that at check in we would’ve been given more information about the property amenities and discounts that were available for restaurants on the property and nearby, but we only found out about it at the very end of our trip. "The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The place was clean and you had EVERYTHING you could want or need for an AMAZING stay The only small drawback is the room is near elevator and you can hear everything in that area from the bedroom."
