"Great stay at 130 Queen’s Gate Apartments. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was oversized and very comfortable. The apartment had a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, plus a combo washer dryer. Wonderful place."

Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. "The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. As for the structure, nothing to complain about."
