Quaint little room, smaller than it appeared in photos, but the location couldn’t have been better. I had to step out of the bathroom to be able to towel off after a (cramped as well) shower, but the towel warmer was nice, and the kitchenette services kept.

Wonderful location and clean propert, right in between Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road. Small but perfect for one or two people. Only thing is there is no air con and it gets quite warm and stuffy in there.

Very clean and quiet room, all the appliances were enough for cooking, tea & coffee. It's in the beginning of Portobello Road. You can acces to everything, shops, market, restaurants, underground. The room is a little bir small but it's similar in that area so no need to search for anything else since this building and room is very well renewed. It was easy to get help and enter the room. Top floor rooms a little bit hot but it's cozy and good for cold London nights. I could stay again

My favorite place I stayed in London, great location for shopping and close to everything I wanted to see. Beautiful building and style, clean and quiet. Only downside was no lift so dragging suitcase upstairs was a little difficult

The apartment was the best place to stay for a first time in London. Located in a great area for travel, staying in, and exploring it was well worth it. Loved this place and would stay again.

Nice and clean in a lovely area. Newly done up and one of the nicest rooms Ive stayed in London. Rooms and beds are on the smaller side and like the other reviews mention no air-conditioning and the room gets really really hot even if the weather isn't warm outside. Limited amenities in the room and shared washing machine is paid and runs on a timer that starts counting down before you start the wash which is a poorly set up system.

Nottinghill Nice

The room was good enough, yet smaller than anticipated. Not an apartment as stated, just a room. Quiet, safe area close to the tube. Two keys would have been nice so that we didn't have to always wait for each other to let the other in.

Excellent location, modern.

Excellent location at top of portobello road. Clean, new and modern in a gorgeous Georgian terrace. Very well appointed with everything you need in a small studio. No lift or aircon only negatives in a London heatwave!

Great location, just next to Portobello market, with lots of cafes nearby and less than a 10-min to Notting Hill Gate station. The hallway and room were clean, there was a sink, fridge and cooking top with basic kitchen utensils. There was also a coffee pod machine with pods provided, which I enjoyed a lot! However, there were lots of marks on the walls, the sink MDF was bloomed and the shower enclosure was leaking badly. The pillows were uncomfortable and I wish the room we stayed in was not at the front of the property or faced the road, as it was really noisy and people banging the front door badly whenever they came in and out. Maybe other rooms would not be as bad, but I'm unsure.

Great location, easy access but stairs should be made more obvious in booking. Really tricky even for mobile people Wind was howling so next doors furniture moved around all night. But overall it’s a quiet location and very clean

Good location. Quiet at night. Close to subway. Self check-in was super easy. Good flow of information before hand. Nice room. But bed is only 120cm, so not much space, no ventilation or Aircon. Quite hot at night. No elevator. And narrow stairs.

Good overall stay; no wifi connection

Overall stay was good; check-in was smooth and the property was clean and neat. Great location. However, we had a problem connecting to their wi-fi. We informed them since check-in date and the succeeding days but it did not get sorted. It was very inconvenient as we didn’t have network in the room and we were sorting out important e-mails and bookings.

Property was updated and flat was efficiency studio, lower floor room 3. We had a few issues but the staff was very responsive and accommodated us quickly. They switched us to a lower floor flat due to mobility issues from traveling, they gave us additional instructions for using the onsite laundry (coin only bring pounds with) and when we couldn’t get the stove to work they came right over to troubleshoot and supplied us with a different pan as the stove wasn’t compatible to heat up the cooktop burner. Bathroom was on the small side but nicely done, the shower should be resealed on the bottom as there is a small leak on the toilet side of the shower wall but we just used an extra towel to soak that up. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The window opened which offered nice fresh air. There is no AC though which could be an issue if the weather gets hotter, we stayed May 12-16, 2025. I was a little Leary not staying in a hotel, but we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator and with my knee issues I would not be able to navigate the stairs for the upper flights and renters should keep that in mind. I would stay here again though and just request a lower or ground floor room.

Clean and modern apartment at a great location, had everything needed to make your own food. Comfortable bed, double duvet, nice pillows. The view was cute and private. The information/communication before my stay was good and easy to understand. Only things to point out is that the left bed light did not work and neither did the one on the ceiling fan. The shower handle on the inside was broken off so was a bit hard to get out of the shower. The walls are thin and the entrance door very noisy. But I would hands down stay again because the positives outweighs the minor critique. And I noticed that most apartments I stayed in in England do have thin walls. Would also like to note that the cleaner were really polite and nice, which I appreciated a lot! Overall were able to relax and sleep well here after being at Bst Hyde park festival 🤗

I think this is great accommodation in a great area. The communication from hosts was clear and the building was in pristine condition. The bedding and linen crisp and clean. The amenities like a small fridge and a hot plate and coffee maker were all nice to have. And location was ideal. That said the flat I was in (small studio with double bed) was so tiny I could not open my suitcase. It was fine as it was just me. But no way could 2 people be in the space comfortably. Also, there is no ac and I was on the top floor. The window could only open a crack before it hit stoppers and the ceiling fan did not help much. So would I stay again? Absolutely. But only in fall winter or spring. Summer is just way too hot and uncomfortable.

Fantastic communication, amazing location, as other reviews have said be aware that there is no lift at the property so there is 3 flights of stairs to get to the the top rooms, if you get the room with stairs on 2 floors also be aware it is not normal stairs they are steep ‘witch stairs’ look them up, it’s like rock climbing to the next floor. The room was very clean overall, there were a few issues, when we first entered the room it smelt like sewage, but we aired it out and it eventually went. The showerhead was not spraying water properly so we had to clean it to make it work, and the sink was not draining water. But overall the towels, bed etc was lovely. The room with the bed in was incredibly small, no storage, nothing, just a bed and a tv on the wall. We were surprised that it was a double bed as the listing said a king size. Upstairs was very spacious, but it was all empty space, which was strange considering the tight squeeze downstairs the space in the apartment could have been utilised better, a sofa or a desk etc could have gone a long way But it really was a mixture of good and bad, the room was lovely, comfortable, amazing view and location and I would recommend it

Check in instructions are misleading. Got the code for the front door, entered the code, intercom said "door opened", but in reality it was still locked (upper lock)! Turned out that lock required a flat key, but to get the flat key you also need to enter through the front door! Ridiculous. Luckily another tenant (who already checked in and had a key) came after 10 minutes and opened the door for me, so I could enter and get my own flat key... What if I arrived very late at night - what would I do? Too risky to book such flats, beware. If you arrive late at night - better book a hotel. As far as the flat is concerned, lets talk about positives: 1. Good location, quiet area, close to the underground. 2. Everything is new and clean. 3. Tea bags, cups, kettle, nesspresso machine, coffee pods - very nice touch, loved it. Negatives: 1. Shambolic switches / electric wiring. You turn on bed lamps - ceiling fan turns on (why?). You turn on ceiling lights - bed lamps turn off. Very random stuff, purely guessing game. Ceiling fan kept turning on even after I turned it off couple of times. What a bizarre situation. 2. Narrow bed (140 cm wide). Not ideal if you are a couple (even if you are very slim / short people). Pillows are too thick, not really comfortable. Overall, just OK for 1 night and very slim / short people (and as long as the landlord sorts out the entrance door).
