"Beautiful property, excellent check-in staff, bed was super comfortable! I brought my teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I did think the pool was going to be bigger, but the location is awesome and it is a beautiful Hyatt, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it -"

"Great stay if you only waiting for a cruise. Sketchy part of town but seems safe just looks sketchy. Had to ring the door bell 2-3 times before the manager answered the door to check in at 11pm l. I heard this was a refurbished halfway house from my uber driver which he explained had burnt down. Smelled like fabulouso cleanser. Bathrooms - bring shower shoes. They are jack and Jill or just don’t shower. Water smells like sulfur coming out of the tap. Housekeeping knocked 30 minutes...

"I used to love this hotel. Stayed 20 plus nights over 8 years (considering I live 2000 miles away and not associated with the airlines that frequent this hotel) Had arguably the worst experience after the amazing 15 minute check in period. Valet and front desk were very hospitable. But then starts the disappointment. "The hotel was under a major renovation and it was not made aware when making the reservation. The restaurant is operating minimally and its the only restaurant for miles. The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! "

"Okay room, but unfortunately it had a strong smell of mildew. The hotel itself appeared less fancy than the photos, but also had less up charges than other properties in the area. For example self parking was $13 for overnight guests compared to many larger hotels charging a mandatory $70+ valet parking plus mysterious “destination” fee. Breakfast was also convenient and inexpensive, nothing over $12. The lady working at the breakfast counter was very efficient, friendly and kind. "

Also, the elevator was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t come, which made walking downstairs with children and luggage a little difficult."

"I can not recommend this property. They charge you to park. The shower has no water pressure, the towels are thin and scratchy. The walls are thin and you can hear everything outside. Not a good area so it’s recommended not to leave anything in your car."
