Jacuzzi didn’t get hot , waste because I booked it for that reason . The staff is rude and not welcoming at all. The room is nice shower doesn’t get as hot though. Lighting and toilets are nice but the staff are not nice .

Room was very clean. Furnishings were modern and functional. I worked remote one day with adequate desk space and internet. Some reviews complained about the noise of the nearby train, but I barely noticed it and thought it wasn't any noisier than other city hotels. Easy to walk to harbor, aquarium, Shoreline Village, restaurants, & outlet stores.
