"Staff were very courteous. Room was on the very small side, along with the bathroom. Compared to a previous Livemax hotel I've been to. Lights were kind of dreary, and no curtain just a single pull down shade that you could open or close. One of those you get what you pay for kind of thing"

Although we didn’t use the sauna or the rental car, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to get around Asakusa. What truly stood out was how amazing the staff were. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
