"Good location. Staff amazing. Our bedroom was clean but walls need redecorating. Bed extremely comfortable. VERY noisy until 12pm (next to The Button Factory Pub)."

"Sofa bed was like sleeping on a wire rack. Double bed was a hard slab and mattress had ‘foot grooves’ from previous use. Bathroom door was a barn door that you needed to be a body builder to be able to close, grinding on the floor and waking others if you use the bathroom at night. Disappointing for this brand and not what you expect. Also was further out of town, was more than 15 minutes walk to arena. Wouldn’t stay here. Emailed the hotel before posting this review but no response. "

"Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."

"First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. After we left, the host messaged to say we wouldn’t get the full refund back as the door was unlocked, despite the fact you require a fob to enter the building. They also then suggested items were missing from the apartment such as a chopping board and remote. I told them we had...

"Unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was a Complete let down. Stains on the cushions of toothpaste and a cream coloured flem what it looked like. Algae in the bathroom, brown toilets and stained bedding. We tried to make the most of it but will not be using this company again. Also please be wary of the car park with gates down a narrow lane it made it impossible to get in to in a normal size car and we needed up take a gauge out the side of our car. Smaller cars seamed to get in fine....

"This is a really smart hotel, in an ideal location. It's modern and your stay almost feels like you're staying in your own apartment - rather than a hotel... Hence the name I guess!"
