"Beautiful hotel and the rooms are the perfect size. What stuck out for me was the comfortable bed and waterfall showers. Centrally located"

"Clean and presentable room. Good shower in the room. The big downfall was the air con was flashing a service light and not working and other guests reported the same issue. No windows to open so the room was uncomfortably hot during the night"

"Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfy, difficult for two of us to get dressed in the room at the same time 😂. Basic common area amenities, mention of a grab and go breakfast but no sign of one. Paid coffee machine in lobby. Good venue in nice part of Brum close to pretty St Paul’s Square. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was ok."

"The hotel is situated just outside the Mail box and overlooks the canal network in the heart of Birmingham. Excellent location and handy car park. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a pleasant stroll. The hotel itself is quite minimalist but has a bar, coffee area and breakfast restaurant.
