"On arrival at 3:30pm there was a telephone number to ring for check-in which worried us about what to expect. No one answered the phone number but then someone came to the door. He then phoned someone else who confirmed we were booked in. We were given our keys and instructions to enter the property ourselves. There was a restaurant set up but no one else around.
