"This hotel provided incorrect information to us as clients. We booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room (June 5th to June 6th two nights), which was confirmed with a photo. Unfortunately, there was no living room when we checked in. I spoke to the manager, Chip and was told he would take care of everything. However, I have not received any response. When I showed the photo to the manager, and been told that Expedia made a mistake by using the wrong photo to confirm the booking."

Because the property is converted from an old house so the room was smallish, and we were on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, which may be an issue for some folks."
