"The breakers was amazing! We stayed in the presidential suite and it was EVERYTHING!!! It was perfect for us and our baby. We had water views and were situated close to the pool. The room was decorated so cute and it was cozy. The mattress was comfortable also. Will deff be back!!"

"The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. "Our room had a funky smell the entire visit. Housekeeping did spray air freshener but it only masked the smell. It seemed to be a plumbing or moisture issue as it was concentrated in our room’s bathroom. Appreciated having complimentary breakfast and the location is close to the aquarium/Old Mystic Village."

"William is very nice and very helpful. He will go over and beyond to make sure your stay will be and is the best stay. Property and rooms are very clean. What you see on the detail page of the Center is what you will see in person. Price is more than reasonable for the stay than other places around the area, even if you have to travel a bit of a ways. I definitely 💯 recommend staying at The Williams Center. I will definitely 💯 stay again. I give it a 10/10"

"The good: from the outside, it’s a motel you don’t expect much from, but the inside was remodeled and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing! Everything was fine and I’d absolutely stay here again. I do recommend it. The “could be better”: my only gripe was that there was not an outlet on or behind the work table. I needed to work and had to do so on the bed so I could have an outlet."

"The property is very nice, quiet, and quaint. We stayed the night to head out on a fishing charter at 4am, and the location is literally walking distance. The room and property are very clean, and being greeted by very friendly staff was great after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, linens crisp and clean.
