"It was truly amazing! Ari and Mark were superb. We had to leave for JFK airport at 2 am to catch our flight. They waited up and served us coffee and tea and provided us with a bag lunch to go. You can’t beat that! Next visit to New York we will stay there again."

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too.
If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "

Check in was easy and we even got to check in early, always a plus! Having a small kitchen for leftovers and drinks is a terrific perk! The indoor pool is another treat, especially in the winter! Couldn't ask for more!"
