"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. "The hotel is newly renovated which is very cozy. The location and environment is excellent. I used to live in Earl's court area when i visited London. The size of room is as small as usual (kind of London's standard). The flooring is non-carpet one (I like it~). The hotel provides coffee and water (cold and hot) for free, the coffee machine and water dispener located just next to the lobby, which make it stands out. Will definitly visit again. "
