"Property is beginning to show it's age"

"Evening person at reception was abrupt & not welcoming on three occasions. Not suited to her role. Carpet stains in the corridors of level 8 and level 5 unacceptable. Carpet stains in the two rooms we were in are unacceptable. The bathroom shower floor in the two rooms we stayed in is slippery and dangerous. "

"The bedrooms were not clean on arrival. The bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains and did not appear freshly laundered. The furniture is also quite worn and would benefit from replacement or refurbishment."

"Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator who turned out to be the owner - just super friendly and wanted to know how we were enjoying our time in town. Would stay here again next we are in town."
