"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were blown away. This is a gorgeous property with an excellent restaurant. Everyone on staff was amazing (Lucy, Kevin, Hansel, Rey, Jay, Jaimer). The stay was relaxing, the room was comfortable and the food at Bosque restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is located close to many local attractions plus the free frog tour on property every night is a must do. We highly recommend a stay here."

"All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. "Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful. The resort area was well kept, and all kind of animals were walking around. Besides for families, this hotel was an excellent choice also for a solo traveller looking for tranquility."

"Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!"

"This was our favorite spot that we stayed in Costa Rica and we all wish that we stayed longer. We loved our little cabinita and it was perfect for the 5 of us. The blooming plants along with the walkway was beautiful. The bar was an extra bonus that we really enjoyed - so nice that it was right there on the property. The AC worked great too! Of course it was very nice to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of travel."

"I’ve been coming for about almost 30 years to this hotel. Some rooms are great (upper hill located), but some near the entrance are less sound/noise proof. So you can hear everything other guests are speaking next doors. Even the water running! For the rest, the spring water temperature is great, you can choose from cold and hot. Breakfast service is great!"
