"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos. We stayed I. A Superior Room near the reception, which was helpful bc we did not have a car. The pools were fabulous- get busy in the afternoon, but not terrible. Breakfast was delicious every day- go early, it gets busy after 8am. The grounds were GORGEOUS- so well maintained and lots of wildlife. I would 100% recommend Los Lagos for families- we loved our stay. "

They made booking easy, tips were included in the food bill, gardens were amazing and grounds keepers were always busy!!! Would love to come again. "

"This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. The rooms are very good, the front desk staff was charming. The views are spectacular. The feeders are jammed with birds. Only negative was that we were almost totally rained off for 24 hours, but that’s what can happen in a rainforest. I already want to return. "

Der Zustand der Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber sie waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool mit Bar war sehr schön und das Wasser war angenehm warm Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und das Angebot wechselte zum Teil täglich."

"Jungle vibes, sweet staff and very clean rooms. But the poolsides were messy and dirty in the mornings. For whatever reason emergency lights went on at 3am one night & would not turn off, disturbed our sleep. Entrance presentation needs a facelift. I’d rate the resort a 3.5-4stars. "

"A get-back-to-nature experience, if you like nature, wild things, and simplicity, the Lost Iguana is great. One of the more remote resorts and great because of that. "

"Pros: Good AC, hot water, clean, the grounds are beautiful, hot tubs are awesome, hiking trail in property, good breakfast, kind staff. Cons: We paid for a "mountain view" room but did not have a view of anything. Wifi is basically nonexistent and there is barely any cell reception. No interet is a big problem and should be corrected."

"Breakfast is limited"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! The property is Close enough to everything yet tucked away from the main road traffic. I would absolutely recommend Jungalo,...

"Even though we were very short on time, the breakfast was amazing, making something quickly so we could leave. The rooms were even more amazing, with a cute private balcony and a view! The staff made us feel like family. Would love to come again and have a room with a private pool."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and wish we could have stayed longer. We traveled as a family with a pre-teen. They had everything we needed on site. The room was quiet and clean with a great view. We enjoyed the hot springs and wet bar and "snack" restaurant's wood fired pizza. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious hot food and fresh fruit. "
