"The staff made this place extra nice. I asked to borrow their microwave on some leftovers and she even plated it nicely and gave us silverware to use. Breakfast is pretty good. I wished there was a screen on the patio door or window so I can leave it open for extra ventilation without letting bugs in. The room can get humid too. The bathroom is a nice size, but for some reason water easily splashes out of the shower and gets the floor outside of it wet."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."

The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. "The proprietors who run the place live across the street and are very nice and accommodating. At first, our shower water wasn't draining, she came and fixed it right away. Later, I dropped a mug and burned my leg with hot tea. It was late and not enough of an emergency to go to the hospital or anything. The proprietor gave me some gel for burns. She was very nice.
