Clean room, clean facility, good location, good breakfast and great staff. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Good deal for the price. Can Uber to major attractions except for the Arenal Volcano national park where there’s spotty Wi-Fi. Just pre-arrange with your Uber driver to pick you up afterwards.

What a gem! The shared space has amazing volcano views. Very convenient location to the Main Street, only a 2min walk. Our room had a nice high ceiling. Breakfast was delicious, made to order each day and delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Great breakfast menu, they let you add extras of whatever you’d like (eg. Extra eggs, rice, ham, etc). Staff were very friendly. The room itself was very average, clean but a bit aged. Thin walls so you can easily hear your neighbours on the hallway, doors slamming, dogs barking, etc. Air conditioning was very reliable.

Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.

One of the best and coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (budget friendly of course) We never splurge on hotels, this included so this being the best is by far an understatement! The staff was so welcoming from the beginning and informative, they had great combo deals for attractions to visit that we didn’t know would be available until arrival so we ended up-making our planned hike a guided one that included lunch and hot springs for $50! Amazing hospitality! The free breakfast is by far better than you expect free breakfast to be. Its a curated menu that you order off of every night before bed and schedule the time you would like to come down to have it served and it always had fruit to start. It was so special, the hotel itself was so accessible and had so much lounging and fun things to do even in the hotel. I loved my stay here, would definitely come back. Shoutout Josue!!!!

My wife and I loved it, for the friendly and personable staff, the comfortable room with a fan, AC, refrigerator, and safe, the quiet neighborhood, and the bustling town 2 minutes away with countless restaurants and shops. The staff keeps a menu of options for adventures, and ours was top notch. The breakfast of fruit, eggs, and mushrooms was delicious, and coffee was available for free all morning.
