"Hotel was great! The only issues was the shaded on the window. They didn’t block the sun at all. The sun rises at 4:30 am here and doesn’t go down fully until 11pm. Also the smallest bathroom ever. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Europe and these were the smallest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Overall the a good hotel for the price!"

"Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone...

"So the three stars are solely for the staff and good AC which is hard to come by, but in terms of the property - the high reviews are very misleading. My first room that I was given had no windows, a clogged sink, a broken shower head and the best part…an enormous image of a creepy doll as artwork over the closet staring at the bed. I did not book a room that had no windows or even atrium facing, but warning if you are choosing one of those rooms they are totally not worth the price at all you...

"Such a hard hotel to rate because we loved the location, very close to the underground and the pool/spa/gym was an amazing bonus!! However our room wasn’t great- not very comfortable (bad pillows/bed) and very very hot. We asked 7-8 times to turn down the temp and they kept saying they would but no one ever addressed it.
