"Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"

"This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!"

"This place has excellent suites and is centrally located in a bustling and vibrant part of the city. It’s literally above a very popular patisserie and in proximity to excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Drug stores and grocery stores are also very close by. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and laundry supplies. It was lovely to have front desk service 24/7 especially when I found an insect in my room at 12:30 AM and it was promptly taken...

"Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay."

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners...

"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"

"I want to preface this with saying there are a lot of great qualities about staying here. The location was great! Having a full kitchen, fridge and freezer was great! However the state of the overall hotel was misrepresented. I was looking forward to using there gym and bike but there was no bike and the gym was poorly maintained. On top of that their swimming pool was in disrepair and very gross. One night as well I wanted to ask a question at the front desk but the person there was asleep....

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

"Service was the thing that stood out the most. The staff was incredible, kind and professional. Shoutout to Christian, Denzel and the morning gentleman (did not get his name but very tall). Location was good. The buffet breakfast was good. Chocolates and a personalized card on the bed. They even let us leave our bags with them after checkout because we were not leaving Montreal until much later in the day. We would definitely stay here again."
