"Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay."

"Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there."

On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out. "Beautiful, clean, comfy hotel in a great location downtown Montreal. There are cafes, paid parking, close to the metro, grocery store and two green space / parks to sit in. The hotel staff were very helpful. The beds very comfortable. The medium size outdoor pool, sauna, cold plunge are maintained and clean, they are obviously busy but I did find a spot to relax fairly easily. Especially in the morning when it’s quiet.
