"Breakfast was so limited it was disappointing.
Lifts are terrible and you can be waiting an age.
Staff were friendly and a good location. I guess you get what you pay for. Stayed at another hotel previously on Times Square and it was three times the price. "

The issue i had with this hotel was that even though i had the privacy sign on the door the room was entered twice while we were not there.
