"The staff are very nice and helpful. Our room was larger than most of the rooms we have had in other similar theater district hotels. The breakfast area lounge is spacious and provides coffee, tea, and other amenities 24/7. The breakfast is limited in choices - cereals, pastries, boiled egg, fruits, yoghurt, bagels and toast. The hotel and furnishings are dated but clean - Casablanca themed. It’s very convenient to theaters, restaurants, and the subway. "

"The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size considering you’re in a hotel room in New York. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to store our luggage before we could check in. Joseph made sure all our needs were taken care of. When we requested items for the room like additional pillows, they arrived while we were gone. I would definitely stay there again. "
