"Family of 4 stayed last week at this property. Room has comfortable bed and suited for our family. Lobby has a great place to chill with the scorching outdoor weather. Hotel is walking distance from the beach when you want to relax and enjoy the water and hotel is walking distance at the mag mile street. What we didn’t try is the pool .. "

"The hotel was clean and had nice amenities, and we appreciated the location. It was very easy to walk to the water front or museums, and there are bus and metro stops nearby for longer journeys. Our biggest gripe was that there was no way to access streaming services through the in-room TV, but that’s not a huge issue when there’s so much to do outside."

"This is a great hotel. Located on a street just east of the John Hancock Center, most of the hotel rooms have bedrooms, microwaves and refrigerators as well as couches. It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"We had an exceptional experience . The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—towels were changed daily, the trash was taken out every day, and the beds were neatly made each morning. The bathroom was spotless upon arrival, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the small pantry area that included a sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator—super convenient for a short stay. While the carpet was a bit dated, everything else...
