"Fabulous location by the Milano Cathedral and Galleria, excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch served from 7-12 noon, staff was super friendly and helpful, room was wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, cleaning staff were super efficient, AC worked well. Fitness room small but fine, had weights, treadmill and bike. Would highly recommend!"

"Sehr geschmackvolles Hotel in allerbester Lage. Man wohnt in einem Stadtpalazzo in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist aber mit ein paar Schritten mitten im Stadtzentrum und im „goldenen Dreieck“, besser geht es nicht. Es ist nicht ein klassisches Hotel, sondern man hat das Gefühl privat bei einer sehr stylischen mailänder Familie zu Gast zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Hotel Milano Castello was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the AC which the staff addressed right away. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to the woman who was working the desk, she has curly blond hair and glasses (didn’t catch her name) she was so great to work with on the AC, she really took the time to make our stay great. We will be back."

"The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators."
