"This stay was AMAZING! It was me and my grandson (age 9) and even he said it was a great choice! Very clean, absolutely excellent location with tons of restaurants nearby and many department stores! The staff was beyond friendly! The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable! Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area!"

"The rooms are small and very outdated! Very surface level cleaning, what’s seen is cleaned, so bring slippers to walk around in. Also make sure to bring ear plugs because the walls are thin and you hear everything going on outside all night long. Avoid rooms on the 1st floor and in the front of the building. Most of the outlets in the nightstands won’t hold anything so good luck charging your phones next to the bed. If you’re just staying one night then it should be fine."

"We arrived at the hotel pretty late. We were greeted and checked in very quickly, which was great. Our room appeared clean and being tired from our flight, we just wanted to rest. Lowered the AC to a more comfortable temperature and went to sleep. In the morning, our kids informed us that there were "bugs" in the bed. they killed"

"Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!"
