"Very dirty. Our room had blood on the walls. The bed dressing was not clean. Cigarette holes and hair on the blanket a sheets. Seemed more like an apartment. People hanging out in the parking lot. We went to another hotel. Still waiting to see if we will get a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Not his fault for the property condition."

"Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. "Newly remodeled and clean. Reservation was messed up but the management worked it out to our approval. Only negative to the remodeling was that the shower was super small. But overall it should be good 4 star review"
