"Because I had a local address, I was charged an unexpected $600 deposit that took 5 days to be returned into my account. This was not communicated during the booking process. The hotel itself was great for the price. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, bathrooms are huge. Staff could have been a little less condescending when I was questioning the unexpected deposit. "

"My stay is very enjoyable. The staff, Keith in particular, are very friendly and helpful. They are professional in all their interactions with me. Keith has been extremely helpful to me. He's kind and understanding. I hope the owner and management know who they have with him. He is definitely an asset.
I love that I am able to have my pet with me too. There is a designated area for him to take care of business, they do ask we pick up after our fur babies. They provide the bags and have trash bins nearby for disposal. No problem for me to do that. Should be done anyway.
They also gave me permission to let my grandchildren enjoy the pool. They had a great time! Thank you Keith!
The room is quiet and comfortable. And there's plenty of parking that's easily accessed.
The Hampton Inn is located near 2 shopping centers. The shopping centers have grocery store, Walmart, Lowe's, Shoe Carnival to mention a few. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. There's fast food and dine in close by. Some are in the shopping centers and some are not.
The hospital is nearby as well. Hopefully no one will need to go there, puts a damper on a vacation.
