"Exactly as pictured, actually better! Complex has multiple large pools and the access to the beach was perfect. Only down side, which was no fault of the complex or host was the sargassum. However that did not impact the view and when we wanted to cool off we took advantage of the pools! Will definitely stay here again."

"The swimming pool was spotless and there were always enough sun loungers available. The local food in the hotel restaurants was fresh and full of authentic flavors. The gym was a bit small."

"The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Limitless bottled water. Free bottle of champagne upon arrival. The beach was useless. The sargassum was 10 ft into the water and it smelled throughout the hotel like sargassum and sewage. There is no included parking with this hotel and the street parking available is in a neighborhood that floods and has vendors constantly approaching tourists trying to sell tours and other things. I did not feel safe walking in this neighborhood...

During our visit, the resort lost power, and we spent approximately 24 hours without air conditioning or elevators while staying on the fourth floor. Because there was no air conditioning, the floor in our room became wet from condensation, and my 4-year-old daughter slipped and fell.
