"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"Room had mold all over the tub, the bathroom was all dusty. A sofa chair was horribly stained everywhere, the carpet had pieces missing and to top it off when we woke up kids could not use the pool a whole day.
