"upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean."

"Very far from most popular activities. It was an okay stay but the room had a weird scent, so did the towels and overall everything just appeared dingy. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but it’s most definitely not the worst hotel I ever been in. The breakfast was not bad and the staff were nice."

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell.
