"upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean."

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. "The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"
