"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. "The hotel was friendly and inviting. Good lighting. Good neighborhood. Hotel smelled nice. Our room was really clean a and nicely appropriated with lots of pillows. Staff was great. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!"

"upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean."
